What space is included in my rental?

We own 20 acres, so our entire farm is open to you. you have full use of the venue as well as the 8,000 square foot courtyard and the grounds of the property.  You can also take your engagement session here at no extra charge.

Can I bring in my own alcohol?

Yes, you may, but it has to be served by an ABC-Certified bartender. We also have a kegerator that you can rent. We also work closely with a local package store who not only offers discounts to our couples, but also delivers for them.

I want my guests to be comfortable! are you fully heated and cooled?

Yes, we actually have 4 heating/air conditioning units. When we built the building, we designed it to be fully climate controlled no matter what season you want to get married in. Unlike some venues where your guests sweat in the summer and freeze in the winter, your guests will be absolutely comfortable here at White Oak Farms. We are fully insulated as well, so it doesn’t matter what time of year you want to get married.

Do you have floor plans you recommend?

Absolutely. Each client gets a customized floor plan tailored to their wedding/event. Not all venues offer this, but we think it’s important for you to know exactly what your wedding will look like when you walk in the doors on your wedding day.

Can we still use the suites even if we don't have our ceremony here?

Of course! We love when wedding parties use our space to get ready for their big day. 

I don't want my family having to set up tables and chairs.  Do you all handle that?

Yes! We want your event to be as stress-free as possible.  We will use your custom layout as our guide, and our team will make sure your space is ready to go on the day of your event.  All tables and chairs provided by White Oak Farms will be set up ready to go prior to your arrival.  All you have to do is decorate it to your style!
