Open Houses for Booked Couples

Open House for our Booked Couples & Past White Oak Farms couples

You’ve officially booked your wedding with us, and we cannot wait to celebrate your BIG DAY with you and your family and friends. We know how much planning goes into the months leading up to your wedding, and we want to allow you time to come back and have a private open house at our venue.

You are welcome to bring your family, friends and any vendors (limit up to 4 additional guests) so we’ll have plenty of room for all of our couples wanting to come out that day. You can walk around, take measurements, start envisioning your day here, and do any planning you need while you are here onsite.

Need your engagement session done? our open house times are the best times to schedule those! You’ll have access to our whole property during that time.

And, if you are a past White Oak Farms couple and you want to take family photos or baby pictures during this time, we’d love to have you!

*Please note these Open Houses are not for couples considering White Oak Farms as we hold private tours, by appointment only for those.

To attend, we ask that you RSVP by the Friday before the Open House. Please email Hannah Evans at hannah@whiteoakfarmstn.com with your name, the number attending *up to 4, and your booked wedding date.

We require an RSVP in the event we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances so we know who to contact!
